1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of delays due to high demand, inventory issues, or operational constraints, customers will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before final payment.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on minimum order values, as applicable.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking ID on the courier partner’s website.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the package may be returned to us.

Re-delivery may involve additional shipping charges.


6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

UrbanUnder is not responsible for orders delivered to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Addresses where the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the delivery
  • Inform us immediately with clear photos or videos
  • We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable

8. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Festive seasons or high order volumes
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

While we will assist you in tracking your order, UrbanUnder is not liable for delays beyond our control.
