At UrbanUnder, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact us via email within the return window
  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review and approve the request if it meets eligibility criteria
  4. Once approved, the product must be handed over to the courier in its original condition

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Approval

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.


2.2 Refund Mode & Timeline

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, etc.) or as store credit, where applicable
  • The refunded amount will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • If an incorrect or defective product was shipped by UrbanUnder, shipping charges will be refunded

3. Replacement / Exchange

  • Replacement requests are subject to product availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued
  • Size or color exchanges are allowed only if the product is unused and in original condition

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging
  • UrbanUnder will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
