Yes. All UrbanUnder products are made using premium, skin-friendly fabrics and undergo quality checks before dispatch.
Select your preferred product and size, add it to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment securely.
We accept UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure payment options supported by our payment gateway.
Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways. UrbanUnder does not store card or UPI details.
Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary by location.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, undergarments are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
