Return & Refund Policy

At UrbanUnder.in, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear products that have been opened, worn, washed, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return or exchange may be accepted only if:

• You received a wrong product.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product is different from what was ordered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect that was present upon delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products that have been worn, washed, used, or altered.
• Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or labels.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.
• Products returned because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
• Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

For hygiene reasons, we strongly recommend checking the size guide before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label.
• A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

4. Return Request Process

To request a return or exchange, contact our customer support through the contact details provided on UrbanUnder.in.

Please do not send any product back without receiving confirmation from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

5. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request valid bank account or UPI details to process the refund.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part, such as:

• Wrong product being shipped.
• Damaged product being delivered.
• Manufacturing defect.

If a return is approved because of an error or defect attributable to UrbanUnder.in, we will make reasonable arrangements for the return shipping.

7. Size & Fit

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size using the size guide available on the website.

Because innerwear is a hygiene-sensitive product, size-related returns or exchanges may not be accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Please contact us before ordering if you need assistance choosing a size.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, subject to our order-processing status.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please follow the applicable return policy.

9. Refund Rejection

UrbanUnder.in reserves the right to reject a return or refund request if the product:

• Shows signs of wear or use.
• Has been washed or damaged after delivery.
• Is missing tags, labels, or original packaging.
• Does not match the product originally shipped.
• Is returned after the applicable return period.
• Does not meet the hygiene and return conditions stated above.
